With the help of our high-precision chain drive test bench, the power losses of chains, chainrings and sprockets can be measured precisely and comparatively under realistic conditions. It is also possible to compare the performance of chain drives directly with that of belt drives in order to gain well-founded insights into their efficiency.

 

In endurance tests, changes in performance characteristics can be documented in detail over the entire service life, which is particularly valuable for research and development projects.

 

Depending on the selected expansion stage, it is also possible to apply water to the chain in order to simulate the influence of environmental factors. The power loss can be determined with an accuracy of around 0.1 watts, which ensures extremely precise analysis.
